Tasting note
On the nose with lots of citrus fruit, green apples, apricots and peaches. Dry on the palate with a juicy mouthfeel and lighter body. Balanced and refreshing Gutsriesling with great drinking flow.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Since no animal products are used in the cellar, all wines from the winery are vegan.
