Tasting note
Deep aromas of yellow and exotic fruits. A powerful, full-bodied, finesse and complex Riesling with lots of extract and pull.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes from the steep Cru slopes reach the winery directly. After strict selection, the grapes are gently pressed and then fermented in large oak barrels and, to a lesser extent, in stainless steel tanks. This Riesling then matures on fine lees for eight to ten months.
