About the wine

Lesehof Stagård is located at the foot of the Wachau, in the Kremstal wine-growing region and is run with great commitment as a quality-oriented family business whose winemaking tradition dates back to the 17th century! The company has had the Swedish name for around 30 years, through the marriage of mother Elisabeth and father Kenneth. Today, son Urban and partner Dominique cultivate around 10 ha of vineyards. At the beginning of 2005, the company converted to organic-organic viticulture! Ecologically sustainable ways of thinking and doing business enable the production of living products; by avoiding chemical agents, nature is protected in the long term.
