Tasting note
The Riesling Steiner dog is very aromatic, with aromas of lime and honeysuckle with subtle tropical fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied, very dry, lively and mineral. Very straightforward and focused.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine then remains on the full yeast until August of the following year.
