Tasting note
An accessible Riesling with sparkling yellow fruit, wild herbs, spices, phenol, fruit sweetness and ripe aromas.
Vinification
The selected and uninjured, organically grown grapes are gently pressed after manual harvesting. After spontaneous fermentation, fermentation is carried out slowly and with natural yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is stored on fine yeast until shortly before bottling and thus gains flavor and richness. Vegan certified.
