Tasting note
This selection with just 26 grams of residual sugar is powerful and intense, with great ripening aromas. Spicy, spicy, full of energy and with a perfectly integrated Botrytis note. An excellent food companion!
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the wines are aged largely uncontrolled both in wooden barrels and in stainless steel tanks and left on the full yeast for a long time. The puristic wines are neither embellished nor de-acidified.
