Tasting note
Juicy on the nose and scented of apricots and peaches. Soft on the palate, very supple, elegant, mouth-filling and astringent. The body is complex, dense with a lively sweet and acid game. Multi-faceted aftertaste with the finest minerals.

Vinification
Graved by hand, spontaneously fermented slowly and cool, aged in large wooden barrels, then long storage on fine yeast.
