About the wine
Laurentiuslay is a very steep location and is one of the best that the Moselle has to offer. Refined, slightly subdued bouquet, elderflowers, fresh almonds, apricots, ginger, noble chalk. Fresh on the palate, wonderfully exciting, racy, creamy melts and with a wonderfully stimulating mix of sweetness and acidity.
