Tasting note
This late harvest would be completely aged in steel tanks. Wonderful nose image with aromas of dried apricots, yellow peaches and candied oranges, and framed with notes of pine honey, caramelized apple slices and white flowers. On the palate with fine fullness and texture, elegant, with juicy fresh fruit, good supporting acidity and a delicate, mineral-salty touch in the finale.
Culinary recommendation
With its beautiful harmony of fruit sweetness and freshness, it is a brilliant partner for various fruit desserts, and also great with spicy cheeses.
