About the wine
Precise, clear, straightforward, delicate and lively — these are the wines from Leo Alzinger. Manual work and steep slope viticulture on barren soils characterize the work on the winery, which Leo Junior took over from his father. Both goals are to stylistically suit every vineyard and each and every one of their wines. The Loibenberg location faces south. Riesling grows on barren and shallow soils. Great, complex bouquet, exotic fruit notes, vineyard peach, broom, wonderfully mineralized. On the palate, a delicate, creamy, firm start, powerful, sparkling, vibrating and with a fantastic acid structure. Riesling at its best.

Vinification
The vines are located in the Loibenberg vineyard, which has a perfect orientation towards the south. The grapes are picked by hand and carefully vinified. The aging takes place in large wooden barrels, so that the aromatic influence of the wood is minimal
