About the wine
The Schönleber family has been viticulture for 250 years and cultivates the vines in Monzing's top locations with great passion and commitment. Their wines reflect the exceptional terroir and are therefore particularly full of character.

Tasting note
The Emrich Schönleber sparkling wine delights with a nose of fresh herbs, minerality and some papaya and watermelon. The perlage is delicate and soft, the finish is spicy, mild and prancing.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with an aperitif, but also goes very well with seafood.
Vinification
The wines are stored on the yeast for as long as possible. Classic production according to the champagne process.
