Tasting note
Light yellow green, silver reflections. Fine white peach underlaid with a touch of orange zest, underlaid with a tropical touch, bright minerals, floral touch. Firm, white stone fruit, a touch of saffron and ginger, finesse-rich, very well-integrated acid structure, full-bodied and adherent, shows great precision and length, safe ripening potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with avocado cream with lime and turkey carpaccio. Also with wine soup with cinnamon sticks or with melon with raw ham.
