Tasting note
In the nose, we have the scent of white spring flowers such as honeysuckle and young Douglas fir shoots. The palate combines aromas of white peach and citrus, some beeswax and tangerine peel. The distinctive minerality and supportive acidity are typical of these large Rieslings.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with crustaceans, fish.

Expansion in large Foudres.
