Tasting note
Very typical dry Riesling from the estate, grown on stony, volcanic weathered soils, in particular porphyry and melaphyr, with portions of slate and quartzite. Hearty, fresh and clear, elegant with stimulating minerality. Delicious wine for every day with not so high alcohol and very fine acidity.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with an aperitif, but also with tartare or fresh fish carpaccio, sushi, ginger and lemongrass soup.
