Tasting note
Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Pleasant fruity bouquet with notes of peach and southern fruit. Finely fruity on the palate, with crisp acidity. Characterized by racy lime terroir, the Riesling shows aromas of quince, apple and peach and rocks the palate with minerality, fruit and freshness. All you need is a Riesling like this! But be careful, it could be addictive!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Asian dishes, sushi, salads or simply as a refreshing terrace wine.

In stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels.
