Tasting note
Currants, white and small red fruits with floral and stony notes. Vital, spicy and juicy with lovely tension and elegant length.
Vinification
After harvesting, the selected grapes are kept cool for 12 hours to three days and then gently pressed. Fermentation then takes place spontaneously in old wooden barrels and partly in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Until bottling in May, the wine is stored on the lees and thus gains in richness and complexity.
