Tasting note
This Riesling features aromas of mandarin, freshly cut lemon, green apple and peach. Fresh and lean on the palate with firm acidity, which harmonizes wonderfully with the fine leftovers. Very straight with lots of tension and a persistent, citrusy finish.

Vinification
The harvest is meticulously sorted so that only the best quality is brought to the cellar and to be able to dispense with any treatment and refining agents. Whole grape pressing and then spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
