Tasting note
The Reserve wines are less fruity, but are supported by ripe minerality.
Vinification
For reserve bottling, a high-quality fuder of large plants ripens on full yeast for at least 24 months. Following this particularly long yeast storage period, the wine is removed from the yeast and bottled unfiltered.
