About the wine
The winery is managed by Achim von Oetinger in the third generation. The 11 ha vineyard is mainly planted with Riesling. The centrepiece is the world-famous Erbacher Marcobrunn location. The success of the winery is due to the skilful combination of traditional principles and modern corporate management. The result is fresh, uncomplicated wines as well as large vineyard wines, which retain the character of classic Rheingau Riesling despite modern flavors.

Tasting note
Deep nose of spices, herbs, exotic fruits and wet stone. On the palate with tremendous concentration and yet everything is precise and silky. An enormous amount of complexity and an extremely long finish. This Riesling is definitely one of the biggest wines in the country!
Vinification
Under the experienced hands of winemaker and winemaker Achim von Oetinger, the white wines are aged in the cellar in stainless steel tanks, in which fermentation is precisely controlled.
