Tasting note
The Riesling delights the nose with aromas of lime juice, citrus zest, Granny Smith apple, fresh herbs and a touch of flint. On the palate, it is dry, with lively acidity, slim body and an intense, citrusy, long-lasting finish.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed after a second selection before being fermented directly. Fermentation and aging take place exclusively in steel tanks to preserve the freshness and clarity of the aromas.
