Tasting note
The Riesling grapes come from the eponymous location. Aged 100% in large wooden barrels. Inviting nose with aromas of juicy apricot, vineyard peach, candied citrus fruits and some pineapple, plus a fine tart tatin touch, underlined with delicate mineral tones. On the palate with expansive juiciness, yet firm and with a beautiful harmony of freshness, fruit and minerals.
Culinary recommendation
Great wine for an aperitif or as an accompaniment to Asian dishes such as lemongrass soup with spicy shrimp or chicken skewers, with fried salmon with soy, honey and yuzu dressing, but also with white meat.
