The Riesling Kung Fu Girl is a Far East grace with penetrating power! The white wine from old rocker Charles Smith, obtained from Riesling, is a special class. Fresh and pure, with Danish label design. Pow-wow!

Tasting note
Light greenish yellow. Seductive bouquet of pickled mirabelles, followed by lemon balm, mandarin jam and peach iced tea. On the juicy palate with ripe extract, perfectly balanced with a slim body. In the aromatic finale, crunchy Jonagold and quince juice.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif and with cold meat platters, mild fish or vegetable terrines. It goes well with vegetarian cuisine, steamed freshwater fish and light Far Eastern dishes. It is also an excellent choice for chicken and hot cheese dishes as well as with fresh and hard cheeses.
