About the wine
Picturesque landscapes of the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer region give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the German Weingut Stefan Müller conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Riesling is very good to serve with prawns or Indian cuisine.

Tasting note
The Riesling is delicate on the nose, with aromas of citrus fruits, stone fruit and fine floral notes. On the palate, it is light, lean and dry, with a crunchy, sparkling acidity that harmonizes wonderfully with freshness. The aroma intensity is pleasantly present: distinct notes of quince, apple and citrus emerge, accompanied by a hint of mint and a fine, saline minerality on the finish.

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with mushrooms, Indian cuisine and Asian food.
Vinification
The harvest is meticulously sorted so that only the best quality is brought to the cellar and to be able to dispense with any treatment and refining agents. Fermentation is carried out exclusively with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
