Tasting note
On the nose, aromas of mandarin, pear and pineapple, some anise, black tea and a touch of chalk develop. On the palate, the wine is lean with a crunchy acidity, which gives the sweet-acid game a fascinating dimension. The aftertaste is long-lasting, characterized by intense citrus notes and an impressive drinking flow.

Vinification
The harvest is meticulously sorted in order to bring the best quality to the cellar and to be able to dispense with any treatment and refining agents. Whole grape pressing and then spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
