Tasting note
The nose shows great clarity and elegance. The scent is yellow-fruity and characterized by chalky minerals. A lot of tension on the palate and a pleasant creaminess on the finish.

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with prawns, duck and mushrooms.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually in several rounds and, after twelve hours of maceration, are spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks.
