About the wine
The Villa Huesgen winery in Traben-Trarbach has a history in viticulture and wine trade since 1735 and is now managed by Ado Hüsgen in the 8th generation. Fine and complex wines are created with great love for the Moselle region and its steep slate slopes, with passion for crafts in nature and cellars, as well as respect and responsibility for nature and future generations. Each one made to savor the moment.

Tasting note
Bright golden yellow color. A light cabinet, delicately scented of lemon, lemon peel, white nectarine and yellow plum. There are also herbal aromas of rosemary and Thai basil. In the background, delicate mineral notes of wet stone. On the palate, lots of yellow fruit, such as ripe apricots, and a nice balance of pineapple with an invigorating acidity for a fresh boost. Mineral finish with very good length.

Goes well with aperitifs, Asian dishes, spicy dishes, game, desserts
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation. Aging in stainless steel tanks.
