About the wine
With its breathtaking location high up on Zummethöhe above the Moselle loop, Weingut Lörsch offers heavenly views of the Moselle Valley and the stark steep slopes of its own vineyards. And here is the best, in addition to the first-class wine, of course — a visit to the winery culminates in an overnight stay in the guest house with integrated Riesling Lounge for the hours. A view from which it would be difficult to travel away again.

Tasting note
Created in 2015 to mark the birth of our young hero Luis-Alexander. A selection of rooted vines from our Jungheld terraces. Aged in acacia wood barrels. This wine is only sold after two years of barrel and bottle aging.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, e.g. steamed salmon fillet with a few shrimps and fine leek vegetables on small pellet potatoes. Also wonderful with a piece of fresh goat cheese and baguette.
