About the wine
The Weingut von Oetinger is run by Achim von Oetinger and his wife Julia in the third generation. The 11 ha vineyard is mainly planted with Riesling. The centrepiece is the world-famous Erbacher Marcobrunn location. The success of the winery is due to the skilful combination of traditional principles and modern corporate management. The result is fresh, uncomplicated wines as well as large vineyard wines, which retain the character of classic Rheingau Riesling despite modern flavors.

Tasting note
Compact and slightly reductive at the start, with fruity-herbal aromas. The palate is clearly defined, with excellent texture, extract, concentration and depth. Delicate, long finish.

Vinification
