About the wine
Lesehof Stagård is located at the foot of the Wachau, in the Kremstal wine-growing region and is run with great commitment as a quality-oriented family business whose wine-growing tradition dates back to the 17th century! The company has had the Swedish name for around 30 years, due to the marriage of mother Elisabeth and father Kenneth. Today, son Urban and partner Dominique cultivate approx. 10 ha of vineyards. At the beginning of 2005, the farm was converted to organic viticulture! Ecologically sustainable ways of thinking and doing business make it possible to produce living products; by avoiding chemicals, nature is sustainably protected.

Tasting note
Sparkling yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is pampered by peaches, apricots, grapefruit and citrus fruits. Convinces the palate with complexity and elegance. The precise fruit and the fresh, crunchy acidity form a harmonious and unforgettable combination. The overall impression is underlined by a wonderful mineral aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Die perfekte Trinktemperatur für den Weisswein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 8°-10°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: Jetzt bis 2020. Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Riesling Handwerk passt ideal zu asiatischem Essen, Crevetten und Ente.
