Tasting note
On the nose, there is a lot of typical citrus, green apple and peach fruit. The palate has a juicy, balanced acid structure and a subtle sweetness, which is harmoniously integrated. Pleasant freshness and lightness in the aftertaste.
Vinification
Produced primarily from grapes from the Riesling winery. Gentle pressing and cool fermentation. Modern winemaking techniques to dealcoholize wine: With a vacuum evaporator, the wine is heated to a temperature of up to 29°C, causing the alcohol to evaporate. This method preserves the most important ingredients, aromas and flavors of the wine, as the alcohol has a low boiling point in a vacuum.
