Tasting note
Compact nose with spicy notes, a wide range of white fruits and slightly reductive notes. Fresh, harmonious and exciting Riesling that delights you from the very first sip.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes reach the winery as quickly as possible. After strict selection (the yield is only around 35 hl/ha), the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the Riesling matures on fine yeast for a few months and is then bottled.
