Tasting note
A mild scent of red fruits, wild herbs and spices emerges from the glass. Mineral and sparse on the palate, it is wonderfully complex and animating.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes reach the winery as quickly as possible. After strict selection (the yield is only around 35 hl/ha), the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the Riesling matures on fine yeast for a few months and is then bottled.
