Tasting note
Intense bouquet with yellow fruit and floral notes. Clearly defined on the palate, with a direct start, good substance and animating acidity. An excellent and accessible local wine.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes reach the winery as quickly as possible. After strict selection (the yield is only around 35 hl/ha), the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the Riesling matures on fine yeast for a few months and is then bottled.
