Tasting note
Our racy Schoppenriesling for the open bar! It comes across as fresh and fruity with a moderate alcohol content. Vivid and exciting. A prototype for the aficionado of the tart Moselle Riesling. An ideal accompaniment to food, the wine for every day.
Culinary recommendation
Goes very well with fish, e.g. steamed salmon fillet with a few shrimps and fine leek vegetables on small pellet potatoes. Also wonderful with a piece of fresh goat cheese and baguette.
