Tasting note
The nose seduces with ripe apricots, some honeydew melons and delicate cyrus notes; on the palate, the fine residual sweetness is surrounded by the sparkling acidity that results in a vibrating backbone with a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
The perfect companion for Aperos in combination with salty snacks, puff pastry or all types of hors d'oeuvres. It also goes very well with sweet/sour Asian cuisine.
