About the wine
With its breathtaking location high up on the Zummethöhe above the Moselle loop, the Lörsch winery offers heavenly views over the Moselle valley and the stark steep slopes of its own vineyards. And here the best, in addition to the first-class wine, of course - a visit to the winery culminates in an overnight stay in a guest house with an integrated Riesling lounge for the hours. A view from which it is difficult to travel away again.

Tasting note
Blue-grey slate, 80% slope facing southwest, is how this unique vineyard in the Dhroner Hofberg presents itself. Ideal conditions for a classy cabinet with playfully incorporated fruit sweetness. Wonderfully light with 1011% alcohol, pure drinking pleasure!
Culinary recommendation
It goes very well with fish, e.g. steamed salmon fillet with a few shrimps and fine leek vegetables on small potatoes. Also wonderful with a piece of fresh goat cheese and baguette.
