Tasting note
1. Located in the heart of the Trittenheimer pharmacy. Grown with vines up to 100 years old and characterized by the rocky Devonian slate terraces. This Riesling is made entirely by hand with love and care. An absolute premium wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes very well with fish, e.g. steamed salmon fillet with a few shrimps and fine leek vegetables on small pellet potatoes. Also wonderful with a piece of fresh goat cheese and baguette.
