The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Léon Beyer greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Alsace countryside. Tasting note
Léon Beyer's Riesling smells of white spring flowers such as acacia and honeysuckle. Fruits such as white peach, grapefruit and lime complement the nose and palate. The terroir is reflected in its wonderful minerality — the signature of great Rieslings. All of this is supported by a lovely acidity that makes it one of the most beautiful white wines in the world.

Goes well with crustaceans, seafood, sushi.
