About the wine
The banker Carl Gunderloch founded the winery in 1890, which is now run by the Hasselbach family in the sixth generation. When caring for the 24-hectare vineyards, great emphasis is placed on the health and preservation of the vineyards and soils in order to keep the quality high for future generations. The wines impress with their concentration, longevity and mineral character.

Tasting note
Wonderfully fruity-spicy Riesling cabinet with an inviting nose. On the palate, it is delicious and playful, with great texture and wonderful lightness. A classic for delightful moments.

Vinification
After selective harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and clarified by subsequent sedimentation. Fermentation is then carried out spontaneously in stainless steel tanks.
