Tasting note
Fruity bouquet with citrus aromas. Fresh, fruity taste with fine minerality. In the aftertaste, a wonderfully integrated acidity.
Vinification
Gypsum scavenging floor. The grapes come from Bönnigheim vineyards, sustainable cultivation, yield reduction. Controlled fermentation, fine yeast storage for approx. 6 months, aging in stainless steel tanks.
