Tasting note
On the nose, intense aromas of ripe apricots, honey and candied citrus fruits. On the palate, there is a wonderful balance between lively acidity and noble sweetness, with hints of peach, mango and fine minerality. The aftertaste is long and harmonious.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with fine desserts such as fruit tarts or creme brulee, but also exciting with blue cheese or foie gras.
Vinification
Harvested, selected, highly ripe grapes were gently and spontaneously fermented. Expanded in steel tanks.
