Tasting note
Pale yellow Fine fruity aromas, peach. Wonderfully fresh and fruity on the palate - a perfect aperitif wine. The minerality is still discreet but will intensify over time. Residual sugar: 1.55 g/l Riesling is one of the “big” white grape varieties. It harmoniously combines subtlety and race, which are appreciated by connoisseurs. Thanks to his late character, he laughs at the frosts in spring and is able to take full advantage of sunny autumn.
Culinary recommendation
A versatile accompaniment to light to aromatic dishes. Particularly suitable for fish and seafood, Asian cuisine, poultry, veal or fresh salads. It is also an excellent choice with spicy dishes and mild cheeses.
