Tasting note
This wine crosses the border. It comes from the oldest (60 years) and steepest vineyards on the estate. Sugar is always at the upper limit. In 2021, it is 9.5g. Due to the typical and very fresh acidity, the wine appears significantly drier and makes it a wonderful accompaniment to slightly spicy or Asian cuisine.
