About the wine

This rare special bottling is only produced in very good years. Only the ripest Sauvignon Blanc grapes are used. Complex on the nose, with notes of cassis, gooseberries, exotic fruits, orange zest, light tobacco and wet stone. Fresh, balanced, complex, dense and with a long-lasting, lemony-salty finish. Be sure to decant.
