Color: Bright lemon yellow with grey-green reflections. Aroma: Distinct bouquet of light stone fruit, underlined with fine exotic notes of papaya and a fine balsamic touch, slightly mineral with a vegetable twist. Body: Lively, slightly sparkling drink, playful acidity with exotic and sweet-looking fruit components on the palate, a long finish with delicate minerality.
