About the wine
Smells like spring! Intense fruity bouquet of wild strawberries, rhubarb, bergamot and flowers. Super pleasant acidity, uncomplicated but not banal. In short and Apulian: Mò, è 'nu spettacolo!

Tasting note
Bright straw yellow color and very fine golden reflections. Intense, fruity and delicate on the nose, with flowers, green apples, pears, bergamot, which form a balanced bouquet. On the palate, it is pleasantly fresh, mineral, spicy and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sea urchins. Delicious in combination with fish main dishes. Delicious with burrata and warm bread.
Vinification
Harvesting and winemaking: By hand in boxes, from the end of September. Spontaneous fermentation of ten to fifteen days with local yeasts. Ageing: In steel tanks for six months, then in the bottle for three months before it is put on the market.
