Tasting note
Bright straw yellow in the glass. Shows intense fruity notes, fine mineral tones on the nose, unfolds with elegance, is dry, fresh and juicy and offers a nice drinking flow.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasto, risotto, fish, asparagus dishes.
Vinification
It is aged for six months in 750 liter Slavonian oak barrels.
