Tasting note
Ribolla Gialla is an autochthonous Friulian grape variety: its wine is crystal-clear, straw-yellow in color with fragrant, floral and fruity aromas reminiscent of plums and peaches. It has a characteristic fresh, dry taste, elegant and persistent with citrus notes and a slightly aromatic finish.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent as an aperitif, with oysters and seafood. Delicious fish appetizers, but also throughout the meal.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (18°C) to promote the extraction of the colours and flavours and the development and preservation of the original aromas of the grapes.
