About the wine
1% Ribolla Gialla grapes. Traditional white wine production at a temperature of 12-14°C. Malolactic fermentation not carried out. Ageing in stainless steel barrels.

A wine with a genuine and pure varietal expression. Rich in notes of green apple, gooseberry and spicy sage notes. Fresh, mineral, straightforward, light and very drinkable on the palate.
