Tasting note
White wine with dark yellow color due to mash contact of 30 days in the style of an orange wine and 48 months of aging in acacia wood. On the nose, it reveals a very complex bouquet with aromas of ripe, tropical fruits and a pleasant spicy note. Mineral on the palate, with noticeable tannin and an extremely long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with crustaceans, fish, gorgonzola and aged cheeses.
